TERMS & CONDITIONS

A $200 non-refundable
deposit is required within seven days of booking to confirm
each trip.

The person making the
reservation is responsible for the balance on the day of
the
charter.

All times and rates
are subject to change. We reserve the right to reschedule
or modify any trip due to weather or safety considerations.

We appreciate cancellations
7 days in advance.

Should the Captain find
it necessary to cancel for any reason, every attempt will
be made to reschedule. In the event we cannot reschedule,
your deposit will be refunded.

Be sure to inform the
Captain of any medical problems or special requirements at
time of booking.

Be at the dock at least
30 minutes prior to departure time.
